SAN FRANCISCO FRIENDS SCHOOL

SAN FRANCISCO, CA

Renovation and conversion of the historical Levi’s building at 250 Valencia Street to accommodate the new building expansion of the San Francisco Friends School . The existing building, built in 1906, is a wood-frame building with three floors above grade totaling approximately 88,000 square feet. The project is an adaptive re-use of the existing Levi’s manufacturing facility for new use as a co-educational facility (kindergarten through eighth grade) for 400 students. Work includes seismic bracing, accessibility improvements, interior build-out and gymnasium addition.
