Construction
of a new 34,000 square foot, 500 seat performance theatre
located in historic downtown Livermore, California . The theatre
is designed as a production house intended primarily for local
performances. A park plaza will be constructed adjacent to
the theatre, and will function as a meeting space and also
an additional performance and event area.
